While you wait

Find somewhere hidden and warm. Not a public space. Somewhere you don't have to explain yourself.
Water before food. Tap water is safe. Moving streams above settlements. Avoid standing water.
Do not trust anyone who asks about your status, your name, or where you came from.
ICE is running concentration camps. Do not go near them. Do not approach checkpoints. If you see ICE — move away before they see you. If you cannot avoid contact: say nothing except "I am exercising my right to remain silent. I want a lawyer." Do not sign anything.
